Sunday was our big breakfast meal, bacon from local farm mentioned in previous post. Eggs, potato hash browns, strawberries from garden, toast or English muffins. Bacon wasn't smoked, glad I realized it before cooking. Raw Pork Belly, I salted it, and then cooked it like I would bacon. It was good!

Prepped meals
Asparagus and Ham quiche for lunches during the week
Turkey breast with canned corn and green beans (thank goodness this breast was .99 pound. The original price was almost $25!) Ended up using it for sandwiches throughout the week
DS grated cabbage and carrots for homemade slaw. Loads of strawberries washed and ready to eat. Lettuce washed and chopped. Tomatoes for those who want one.
Shrimp salad prepared for the hot days.
