Did you create an account with your Stop & Shop card?

I don't shop at stop and shop very often, but receiving a five dollar off a $15 coupon in the mail made me look at their flyer.

I also this morning noticed an email from Stop & Shop. I had registered my card on their website at least a year ago, but rarely open the emails. Today I'm glad I did!

Apparently Stop & Shop has jumped on the bandwagon with other stores in other parts of the country that offer you a free product.

Today I received a $5.99 frozen entrée for free.

I chose an Asian shrimp and vegetable and noodle dish. That had only 280 cal per serving and acceptable levels of sodium carbohydrates and fat for my diet. I also liked that it was a large product and offered two servings.

All I had to do was log into my account on their website go to their coupon offerings and click add to cart. A nice freebie and the reason I might start opening the Stop & Shop emails more often.
