Surgery went well

 Today I am 7th week post op.   I am doing very well.   Back to driving, walking without pain, even able to start slowly cleaning up the garden beds.    

Got back into the studio last week, and recital is this weekend.  YIKES!   Good thing I have staff who took over a lot in the last few weeks.  

So, I would do it again, it was the best thing I have done for my health.  The pain was really pulling me down, not just physically but mentally.    Surgeon never saw me smile until my 6 week post-op.  I'm almost at my old step goal before I started to hurt.  I would highly recommend my surgeon, and plan on having him do my left hip when it's time.  

Just wanted to let you all know I was still around.  I will become more frequent with postings after this weekend.
