Sunday June 8, Uncle treated us to Chinese after recital (take out ate at home)
Monday June 9 sandwiches, DS had gotten hilshire farms turkey breast, tuna, PBJ.
Tuesday was Marthas Vineyard Adventure
Wednesday June 11, I did a huge prep day. Shrimp salad, Tuna Pasta Salad, Tomato and Lettuce Salad, Vege prep, Asparagus (garden) ham (freezer) egg white quiche, Egg Salad.
Thursday June 12 Prepared Salads
Friday June 13, Prepared Salads
Saturday June 14 Fried Peppers/Onions/Cabbage (all from freezer) Swiss Chard (market share) #loose sausage (freezer) broccoli Rabe (garden) Broccoli and Asparagus. A plethora of veggies.
Sunday June 15 (Father's Day) Was a smorgasbord day. DH, Pops and Uncle got what they wanted. Big breakfast (potato cakes, bacon and egg sandwiches) Pie (Sis purchased at local farm market) ice cream (also sis) Burgers and Fries for Uncle and DH, Pops wanted tomato soup. Daughter was here, she, Sis and I used gift cards for Panera.
