For breakfast this week we had spinach mushroom quiche (or lunch) blueberry oatmeal bake, bacon and hardboiled eggs.
Monday was leftover pizza (mushroom onion with one small piece of bacon on this pizza) from week before or Sweet Potato, Chickpea, Spinach, Coconut curry over rice. This was so good.
Tuesday Beef Enchilada Bake over rice.
Wednesday Potato Pepper and Onion with Sausage Links, side of fresh turnip greens from garden LEFTOVERS
Thursday Pork Loin with coleslaw and baked potatoes.
Friday Italian sausage with fresh turnip greens from Garden
Saturday shrimp salad.
