First time Using Too Good To Go App

I have been hearing a lot of this app, and how it's a good value, saves food from the landfill and allows the buyer (in this case me and DH) to try something new, or purchase something you wouldn't normally get.

DD is coming over tomorrow morning for the day, and I wanted to have something in the house besides savory's.  Pops aka Gpa P also has a sweet tooth, and would enjoy something different.

I was lucky enough to snag a surprise bag from Elizabeth's Bakery in Wallingford for $6.99.  We arrived at the assigned pickup time.  Since it was my first time, I was a bit confused about how to proceed.  The girl at the counter was helpful and showed me there should be a window with a slide for her to confirm pickup.

I did the math for what we received.  If I had ordered each item over the counter, it would have cost $26.75

I was very pleased with what we received.  Photos show how we received it, and I took photos of each danish/pastry before I put them in a Tupperware.

I thought it was a very good deal and would do it again.
