Week of March 30 through April 5th, 2025 Meals




 Sunday was my Aunts Service, and we went out to eat afterwards.  Leftovers all brought home. 

Monday I made a new to me recipe.  I thought it was delicious.  Garlic Butter Beef.  1.25 lb stew meat, a package of Boirsin Garlic and Herb cheese, 3 onions sliced, 2 pounds of small new potatoes, a cup of beef broth and a sprinkle of Kinders Butter Beef Spice.  Slow crock pot for 8 hours.

Sunday Birthday dinner a week early for DD so that Grandma could attend.
