Meal Prep for the Week

 Chop Cauliflower, Broccoli, Onions, Carrots for a Veggie Frittata (2 eggs, egg whites, Vegggies and cheese) 

So, ended up roasting cauliflower and adding Mexican shredded cheese

Broccoli, Onion last of Mexican shredded cheese and egg whites for a quiche


Asparagus Cut for Side dish, any left will be made into Cream of Asparagus soup

Onions chopped for Ham Loaf (half ground ham/ground turkey) oats used to keep it gluten free.  Meats taken out of freezer

Onions, celery and olives chopped for tuna pasta salad mid week

Roasting Chicken taken out of freezer
