 What's a good day?  For me, it means no pain.  No multi bathroom visits.  Today I was able to

Make the Bed

Water the Garden

Pick Asparagus and Lilacs

Put out some items for Bulk Pickup  (pickers already picked and carted away)

Go downstairs for what sold and pack it up.

Make ham loaf (think meatloaf, but with ham, pork and ground turkey)

Bake White and Sweet Potatoes.

Read a Magazine.  My pile is going down. 

Emptied and refilled Dishwasher.

Planned a recipe for tomorrow.

Moved two 55 qt bags of potting soil out of car and into side yard.  Without needing assistance of a wheelbarrow!  

Met my step goal before leaving the house for a very late lesson start time. 

A very good day
