What's Been Cooking Week of March 23, 2025

 

Sunday was leftovers, we took Pops out to his favorite New Haven County restaurant for his 80th birthday.  

Monday was broccoli rabe (my favorite cooked green) and roasted chicken. 

Tuesday actually Pops birthday, he wanted pasta and Raos sauce.   Also ice cream cake. 

Wednesday Sausage with Peppers, Onions and Cabbage.  Cuban rolls for those who want to make a sandwich. 

Thursday fend for yourself

Friday Foccaccia and homemade pizza

Saturday fend for yourself.  


Breakfasts and Lunches were leftovers, sandwiches, salad mixes, eggs, toast and yogurts
