What's been Cooking week of March 10th

Sunday I baked off two large BS Chicken Breasts for Monday.   Big Chopped Salads with Chicken on top.   Had enough chicken left for 3 lunches

Tuesday Pork Tenderloin with Rice, Broccoli and Canned Corn.  5 Dinner plates and 2 lunches. 

Wednesday Beef Stew 

Thursday Broccoli Rabe and Sausage

Friday was pizza.  

Saturday was leftovers and Lunches were all leftovers.

Sunday was corned beef, cabbage, potatoes and carrots plus rye and Irish soda bread.
