Made Freezer Cranberry Sauce




It was time to work with the 48 oz of cranberries from November.  

First I washed them all, and picked out the few that were questionable (18 to be exact)

Into the instant pot I put 1/2 cup of water, 1/2 cup OJ, tspn ginger, TBSP penzey's baking spice, and loosely poured 1/2 cup brown sugar.  

Pressure Cooked at high power for 25 minutes.  Natural release.  Took a whisk and mixed it well.  Let it cool.  Made 3 pints.  I think it's delicious.  Sister thought it was a bit tart.  2 containers in the freezer, one in the fridge.
