Dad made it through the kidney surgery well. He is home, still passing clots but as long as he isn't blocked we are doing ok. During all of this at one hospital my Aunt was sitting in a hallway in another hospital ER.
Her sugar is between 300-500 due to large Prednisone dosage due to autoimmune therapy caused hepatitis. Extremely low blood count. Two transfusions. Being admitted for further testing. Grateful I had a friend working at her hospital who could bring her a charger and a hug from me.
I'm exhausted but heading to studio in a few hours. I know, it could be very much worse.
