Not as fancy, but did satisfy the desires of DH
1.5 cups of AP Flour
.75 cup of sugar
.33 cup of melted butter
2 tspn baking powder
1 tspn salt
1 TB vanilla extract
1 egg
1/3-1/2 cup half and half to consistency you like
1.5 cup of fresh from farm blueberries
Used large muffin tin, sprayed with Pam, baked at 400 degrees for almost 30 minutes until knife came out clean. Depending on your oven and size muffin tin anywhere from 20-30 minutes.
Very tasty.
You inspired me. But, I am not up to baking, well, the measuring and stirring. My back won't hold up. I have not taught Tommy how to bake. So, i bought a pouch of cream cheese blueberry muffin mix. It has apples faking it as blueberries. I will add about 3/4 cup of blueberries and bake it in small square pan. It will be delicious blueberry dessert, but I am sure not as good as yours.
