A last minute deal on a Smithfield Spiral Ham prompted me to plan a special meal on Easter Sunday. I hadn't planned on doing anything, but glad I was able to do this by just getting this ham for $9.00 OOP.
I already had asparagus, turnips, pineapple, baking and sweet potatoes and pierogies
Delicious
Shared some with the elders not in the house, and have plenty for leftovers. Of course the ham bone was saved for future pea soup.
