All from the garden. I cut off the stem end of the tomatoes, sliced in half and squeezed out the few seeds that were in each one. Chopped up the onion, including the greens.
Olive oil in a pan on low heat. Added the tomatoes, onions, constantly stirring. The ingredients slowly cooked down to a thick paste. Added dried basil and oregano while still stirring. Took off heat. Added some cream.
Voila! Lunch. I have to admit, it was really good.
