Breakfasts for the week were eggs from our farm share, bagels, cereal, fruit
Sunday was Roasted Chicken from our local farmer, loaded mashed potatoes and sauted snap peas seasoned with olive oil/butter, fresh lemon juice, dried shallots and black pepper. Stock was made with the carcass for use later in the week.Monday I cooked a pound of bulk italian sausage and split it between rabe and swiss chard. I also made pork carnitas with rice and shredded cabbage.

Thursday London Broil, Rice, Swiss Chard and Mushrooms
