Pops felt that the raisin bagels purchased from Dunkin (with a gift card) were stale. I cut them into bite size pieces, soaked in egg/milk/vanilla added some more cinnamon and a bit of brown sugar and baked it up. Delish.
Sunday was a well deserved Panera day. Meals for myself, DH, almost college student, Pops and DS. One salad not eaten so sent it to work with DH on Monday with extra cucumber added.
Monday Tuna Pasta Salad with extra Tuna prepared with celery/onion and mayo for sandwiches, Last of the mixed greens from our chicken farm share (it was so fresh, had herbs as well, still in great shape)
Tuesday Sausage Pot Pie
Wednesday I took assorted fish filets out of the freezer. Cod, Salmon with rice and frozen or canned veggies more asparagus from the garden.
Thursday Leftovers
Friday Thick London Broil Marinated, Potatoes, frozen or canned veggie
Salads with steak or chicken.
