Meals Sunday May 21 through Saturday May 27, 2023

 


Sunday we had breakfast Sandwiches, with more Bagels for during the week.  

Lunch/Dinner was left overs from our Birthday Celebration for the Uncle Yesterday. 

Monday Rotissere Chicken with Canned veggies 

Tuesday I used the chicken carcass to make stock.  I also made tuna pasta salad with seashell pasta, tuna, celery, green onions from the garden, some white onion and mayo. 

Wednesday Bean and Vegetable Soup

Thursday Salad with Steak or Chicken, homemade bread

Friday Salami, Cheese, Bread

Saturday Fend for yourself.
