Monday was London Broil, Baked Potatoes, Broccoli Rabe
Tuesday Italian Sausage, Roasted Chunked Potatoes, Cabbage Peppers and Onions
Wednesday Quick stew made with previously frozen beef roast leftovers, carrots, onion, potatoes, homemade gravy using Kitchen Accomplice *and Gluten free flour, seasonings. I really like this concentrated stock, it comes in many different options including vegan. Has made storage and cooking much easier for me.
Thursday leftovers
Friday pork loin, frozen vegetables, rice.
Saturday Fake Baked Potato Soup (cauliflower, cheese, onion, reconstituted dry milk, spices, bacon)
