Planned Meals Sunday April 16 - Saturday 22nd

 

I only make breakfast for the family on Sunday's.  This week we had Turkey Sausage, over easy eggs, sauteed mushrooms and toast. 

Sunday dinner was boneless spiral sliced ham, potato salad, baked beans and roasted squash. Nothing purchased, all items were in house already.   Will use ham left for sandwiches, leftovers and if any left later in the week I will make scalloped potatoes and ham. 

Monday was a multi tasking meal day.  Homemade bread, salsa verde chicken with rice (DH won't eat soup) and Bean and Barley soup with celery, carrots and onion.  All items were in pantry. 

Tuesday leftovers

Wednesday pork tenderloin with peppers and onions.  I also made a loaf of tomato basil bread.   Froze the rest of the ham.

Friday Broccoli Soup and Chicken Salad Sandwiches
