Totals

Regular grocery shopping 393.89 plus Food Storage 163.40 total spent $557.29   According to the Official USDA thrifty food plan for March 2023 (they post the previous months totals) for the household I cook for (4 adults ranging in age from 50-80 daily and 2 other adults 75-84 years sporadically) we should spend $968.50 (immediate household only in this total) wow.  I think I did very, very well.

If I was to go by the 'liberal' usda totals I would spend $1579.30 a month.  Wow.  Just, wow.
