Meals February 26 through March 4

 

I made Breakfast Sandwiches on Sunday 

Breakfasts during the week were turkey sausage, roasted vegetables, hard boiled eggs, pancakes and toast


my breakfast on Wednesday 

Dinners and Lunches

Chicken Cutlets and Tossed Salad

Baked Zucchini, Yellow Squash and Whole Canned Plum Tomatoes with Ricotta and Italian Spices

Ground Turkey with Rice Onions, Peppers in Enchilada Sauce

Tossed Salad with Antipasta (diced raw vegetables, pickled vegetables, salami, pepperoni and cheese)

Chicken Salad, Hebrew National Salami or Seafood Salad Sandwiches

Leftovers as wanted. 

So far DH has lost 8 lbs and I have lost 14.5
