He requested Chinese Food for Linner. He also said he wanted a white cake with chocolate frosting. DH has always said my from scratch cakes are a bit heavy, so DS picked up a white cake mix and I made the frosting from scratch. I used butter for the fat in the cake and egg whites. The frosting was a melted stick of butter, 3 cups of powdered sugar, 1/3 cup of milk, 3/4 of Wilbur Cocoa Powder and a splash of vanilla.
He was very happy with his meal, cake and gifts.
