Meals for the Week of Sunday January 29th - February 4th

 

Non Sunday breakfasts are hard boiled eggs, fruit, toast, english muffins, yogurt
Lunches are leftovers from dinner before or cheese or turkey sandwiches
DH takes Factor or Healthy Choice Low Carb Dinners for lunch
(this is a temporary plan to get items out of the freezer)

Sunday January 29th fruit and hardboiled eggs for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch and Big Salads with romaine, tomato, cuke, onion, chicken, choice of swiss, gorgonzola or cheddar.  Balsamic dressing. 

Monday January 30th homemade pot pies using chopped meat from last turkey culled from the freezer with canned mixed vege and jarred heinz gravy.  Used pie crusts from freezer as well.  Nice to have everything I need at home.  Made 2 pot pies

Tuesday January 31st Chili with Rice 1.5# Pork, peppers, onion, tomatoe, beans. 

Wednesday February 1st Leftovers

Thursday February 2nd Beef Stew  with 1 lb of stew meat, sweet and white potatoes, onions, carrots, celeryFriday February 3rd Leftovers

Saturday February 4th  Steak or Chicken over tossed salad.  4 oz of meat.
