Meals February 12 through 18th


Sunday was Soup Made from the balance of chicken and stock culled from Instant Pot.   Vegetable draw was emptied out to add bulk.  Celery, Carrots, bits of this and that.  Two handfuls of homemade dried egg noodles.   Also had pickety bits during the Super Bowl. 

Monday was leftovers from Sunday (and we went out to breakfast with a GC as DH was home for the day.) 

Tuesday was more leftovers

Wednesday Fried Cabbage Peppers and Onions using 4 oz of Pancetta for flavor and fat.  


Thursday Spiced Up Broccoli Soup (chicken stock, broccoli, onion, pepper jack cheese)



Friday Leftovers

Saturday Pasta Fagioli (pasta, cannellini beans and pepperoni for a bit of fat and flavor)
