BJ's wholesale $95.34 3.5# Sirloin Tips, 24 oz Guacamole, 30 oz Fresh Salsa, 32 oz Sour Cream, 3 pounds Shredded mozzarella, 2# sweet peppers, 2# brussel sprouts, late july tortilla chips.
Big Y $94.61 7 assorted Healthy Choice mails for DH lunch, 1.5# bananas, 4# honeycrisp apples, 2 bunches radishes, sliced rye bread, daves killer english muffins, 8 oz chickpea rotini, 2 keto yogurt for DH to try, carbwise wraps, .5 lb turkey breast and 1# cod.
Walmart $0 (gift card earned from paying off credit cards) loaf of rye and pumpernickel breads from the bakery, 5 dozen eggs, 25 oz blue cheese dressing, 2# baby carrots, 22 oz light tuna, celery, string cheese, 24 oz turkey sausage patties and martins potato bread.
BJ's wholesale $68.23 3 pk 44 oz ketchups, 64 oz mayonaise, 24 oz guacamole, 4 lbs chicken wings, 60 count special k crisps (so DH doesn't feel to sweet deprived) 25 oz Maries blue cheese dressing, 32 oz hebrew salami.
Big Y $79.02 1# white american cheese, 1.5# turkey breast, 7 cans of enchilada sauce (need to find a recipe we like) , 510.3g Rice Chex, 340.2g Corn Chex, 2 naval oranges, 10 keto yogurts.
Shoprite $40.08 10 lbs of rice, 12 yogurts, 4 oz of diced pancetta, 2 Pork loin filets and 3 lbs of Sweet Potatoes.
Shoprite $72.93 Iceburg Lettuce (i ordered not knowing my SIL had sent several heads home with DH), 2 lbs shrimp (into freezer) 3 lbs of chicken cutlets, 4 lb Bottom Round Roast (will cut into stew meat) 3 lbs each of 80% and 85% Ground Beef.
As you can see, we aren't purchasing alot of meat. I'm going to start visiting stores in the mornings to search for discounted proteins. Some of the meat purchased was put back into the freezer.
$450.21 total. Still half of the December 2022 thrifty plan. This was the latest plan published to the USDA site January 2023. I'm pleased.
