Sunday was Food prep day. Hardboiled Eggs, Shrimp Boiled for lunch salads, Veggies washed and cut. Fend for yourself when hungry.
Monday was Peppered Pork Loin, Rice and Broccoli
Tuesday was Tuna Salad with Tossed Salad
Wednesday was Roasted Chicken with Tossed Salad
Thursday was Diced Chicken (done from frozen in Instant Pot) with Mild Enchilada sauce.
Friday was Pizza
Saturday was Broccoli Rabe, Chicken over Salad, Tomato/Mozz Salad
