If I were to follow the official USDA "Thrifty Plan" for November 2022  with an adult male in his 70's, an adult male in his 60's and 2 females in their 50's we would have spent 964.10.   Not including the occassional meals for an 80+ male and a 70+ female. WOW  I guess I did ok.

Though way above my plan, we are all eating more fresh fruit (even me!) and vegetables (usually that's all I like)    I'm not going to beat myself up over it.
