Finally remembered to take pics as I was bagging/coolering up. This head of romaine was at least 3 lbs. I kid you not. Even though I got home at 9 pm I prepped it, washing, chopping, salad spinner, a dinner plate made (for immediate eating) a storage bowl filled, a small bowl to bring to work next morning and an additional gallon ziploc bag filled.
Huge bunch of Rabe, washed, chopped, spun and ready for cooking
4 ears of corn
2 beautiful zucchini, I never tire of this
2 yellow squash
2 large cukes. These I will peel and seed before I chop
Yogurt, Chocolate Milk and Jar of Vodka Sauce
