What's been on the Menu this Week

 


Sunday, Father's Day.  My SIL Gifted DH 2 Tomahawk Steaks that weighed 3 pounds each!   He cooked those outside, I made mashed potatoes, carrots, corn and a bag of Green Giant Normandy Blend with   Homemade SourDough Bread. 

Monday I made Broccoli soup with Broccoli florets, stems and chiffonade leaves.  Leftover Mexican from Saturday and steak with sides from Sunday.   

Tuesday Whole Chicken from farm share, couscous and cauliflower from farm share baked white and sweet potatoes. 

Wednesday Leftovers    Husband surprised me for our wedding anniversary and he made lobster rolls from whole lobsters (he went to a local seafood place and they were over $50 each!)

Thursday Leftovers

Friday Hotdogs and Veggies.  I had the veggies and a leftover baked potato.
