I am getting excited! This week was a stellar share.
1 bunch of Swiss Chard my second favorite green (Broccoli Rabe is my number one)
2 Yellow Squash
2 Zucchini
1 head of cabbage I plan on trying this recipe with it Cajun Cabbage Huge, over 4 lbs. I think stuffed cabbage is in the works too.
1 pound of shelling peas (which I will supplement with my own)
A dill plant for the garden (I swapped it from Arugula)

What is the thermometer in the box? That all looks great. How much does each week cost?
ReplyDeleteThat's my scale, showing 4 lbs of the cabbage. $18 a week, this is a good box to show that, as I didn't add any extras.
