Since getting rid of a huge stressor, I have been a bit more involved in meal preparation and planning. I had planned on returning to Symphony this past week, was so exhausted from issues that happened throughout the night I just didn't have the energy. Long discussions with DH for a few days and I made the decision I just couldn't do it anymore. A huge weight was lifted from my shoulders.
I had more energy almost immediately. Even was able to get my step count back up without any effort.
Today I made broccoli rabe and sausage, cheddar broccoli soup, pot roast with potatoes and asparagus, and homemade cinnamon rolls (a first for me, hope they come out well)

Guess they liked them!
