Baking an Irish Soda Bread (Amazon affiliate links*)

Trying my hand at making Irish Soda Bread.  I will be using this  Recipe  the main ingredients are 

• 4 cups all-purpose flour 
• 4 tablespoons white sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup margarine, softened (I used butter)
• 1 cup buttermilk (I made a batch from powdered buttermilk.  This is the type I have)
• 1 egg
• ¼ cup butter, melted (I omitted this step)
• ¼ cup buttermilk  (I omitted this step)
• I added a handful of extra large raisins. 
• This is it after I cut the X into it and was about to put it in the oven

  It was a bit crumbly, but tasted good! I will try other recipes to get a moister end product.
