Breakfast is fend for yourself except on Sunday's. Today I made corned beef hash (canned low sodium) with hashbrowns *made from dehydrated potato shreds and eggs and toast if wanted.

Muddy Roots Farm Whole Chicken Roasted with Mashed Cauliflower and Tossed Salad with Homemade Dressing.
Take all meat off of bones after dinner and put bones and vegetable trimmings in instant pot to make stock for soup later in the week.
Monday Sheet Pan dinner of sausage, potatoes, onions and peppers
Tuesday Chicken Soup made from Sunday stock, baked bread
Wednesday Pasta
Thursday Leftovers
Friday Homemade Pizza
Saturday Leftovers
Lunches
(home for me and Pops, I make DH a lunch to take to work)
Leftovers, soup, turkey sandwiches, tuna salad, ham salad (using deviled ham from stockpile)
