New way to Document Food Costs Here on My Blog

pork tender loin $7.56 for 2.15 lbs This is half of a double Pork tenderloin from BJ's with a coupon. 3 cups of rice .49 a lb is .74 more than likely BJ's or Walmart. fresh broccoli from Aldi $2.50 for 1.43 lbs I know there should be 8 servings in this, but let's be honest, Gpa P and DH will take more than a suggested serving size. So I am going with 6 servings for this meal. At a cost of $1.80 per serving. Not to shabby.

Take Shake and Eat Review of Garden Cup

During the fiasco that was 2020, I found a business that was changing it's model as airports were shutdown. I didn't do it weekly, but once a month I received a box of different premade salads. They gave me a added boost for nutrition without the extra work. I then started to make variations of the salads I purchased. I was sad when the company stopped doing home delivery once things opened up again. They are now back in airports and I think in some Targets. Then came gardencup.... It's not cheap. They have 2 different sized salads. I went with 6 large salads. $11.99 each. I did have a coupon code for a free jar. They were bigger than the previous companies salads. I think their small size is more a kin to the other company. Smaller salads you had to purchase 12 and it was even more expensive. Tasty. Renewed my love of salads, and gave me some ideas on how to recreate the flavors. To expensive though. I wouldn't do it again. https://gardencup.mysho

Trying to make it a weekly habit instead of a once in a while activity

Been working very hard to make some good habits. One is only 2 made at home coffee's a day. Only one Starbucks Cold Brew a week. Exercise at least every other day for minimum 20 minutes. Making Yogurt Baking Bread or Bread Item. This time it was my first try at English Muffins Making a Sweet If it becomes part of the daily or weekly routine, I don't feel so overwhelmed. I have been managing DM's pre ops, post ops and surgeries, (DS has helped with two appointments) and a staff members wives being hospitalized, having surgery (February has been a chaotic month) and trying to not get overly stressed. Drove 45 minutes myyself to get to the Accountant. Taxes are done and ready for me to find the funds to pay all we need to. I think I have done pretty well.
