Good Friday Cod Stew

Instant Pot made this come together in literally 5 minutes. Okay, maybe 7 minutes.

On Saute I softened onions and peppers diced in a Tablespoon of butter.

 I added 1 cup of water.

 28 ounce of diced tomatoes.

1/2 cup of half and half

Can of pozole (goya dried corn)

Pound of frozen cod

Tablespoon Old Bay

High Pressure 4 minutes so delicious!
