Happy New Year everyone.
Like most, I see the new year as a time to devote change to our daily lives. My goals for January are as follows.
Number one. Make the goals a monthly challenge. This way if something isn’t working out I can change the challenge for the next month
January Goals
Purge 30 items from my home.
Work on improving my German language skills.
Lose 5 pounds.
Purchase no proteins in this month other than eggs and cheese.
What were your goals?
Those are great goals! I have a bunch of 2019 goals, and I also do monthly goals. A few for me for January:
ReplyDelete-Work out 31 times
-Complete 10 meditations
-Earn $300 of "extra" money
-Read one non-fiction book
Those are great goals too! I have so far worked on my German for 3 hours and I have purged 15 things.
