What is recipe for pork pot pepper stew? Are you sure he would heed a sign? It's great you grew everything for the sauce!
ReplyDeleteGood Morning Linda. Thanks! Yes he would need a sign. Even then it might not always work. If he decided to open that bowl without a sign, he would indeed taste it, think something was wrong with it and throw it away. He does it all the time.
DeleteOn a more pleasant note, here is how I came up with my pepper pot stew. I make stews and soups all the time by just throwing things together. I have only had a loser one time.
I had frozen pulled pork from our summer studio event. Smoked by a co-educators husband. I have also made this with leftover pork loin, but the smokiness really added another layer of flavor. I think some liquid smoke or perhaps some cooked bacon would help in that regard if using regular pork. Chopped up peppers and onions. Can of corn. 1/2 cup of water and a jar of Goya Recaito (cilantro cooking base). Instant pot for 30 minutes. Yum!
