That all looks good. How much was that market share?
ReplyDeleteHi Linda. I gave them 500 In February and when the market opens in April I had $550 to spend through December. The farm that I deal with is an organic certified Farm. I know all the owners. I put up a lot of what I get from the share and use it throughout the winter. It is a lot of money, I think the prices are based on the fact we are in Connecticut. They have a smaller CSA share of $350 but they pick what they give me. So I prefer being able to choose what I know my family will eat. I’m still on the fence as to whether I’m going to do it again next year. I can only go to their Sunday market, and I have to go into a local city to attend it.
