Instant Pot Marinara

Washed and quartered almost 2 pounds of San Marzano and Amish Paste tomatoes from my own garden!



I chose not to saute the onions and garlic (also from my own garden ) but to just chop up and add to the pot.     Basil and oregano that I dried in the last few months (Yup! From my garden too).    Added olive oil, splash of balsamic and a bit of water . 



Put the lid on the instant pot and set manually on high pressure for 20 minutes.

Here it is!  Delicioso!
