Organic Basil this amount might cost $1.50 or more at the market

I have been paying $1 to $1.50 an ounce for beautiful mushrooms. These are oyster mushrooms.   Once I harvest these I will weigh them.  I paid $17 for this kit.  I'm hoping to recoup the cost at least.
