Meals this past week

Salmon with rice, beets and okra.   I ate this most of the week.   

I made more stock with chicken wings from the roasted chicken last week.   

Pot roast for the men with tri colored carrots, onions and potatoes

Chicken parm from the cutlets bought last Sunday, jarred sauce, mozzarella and ziti for the men.   

I used the stock for butternut squash soup

And turnip greens.
