Scratch Baked Beans

3 cups soaked for 20 hours. 

Foggy due to the steam, I brought to a boil and then let simmer for 40 minutes. 

2 large onions chopped

1/2 cup molasses, 1 cup ketchup, 2 TBSP course dijon, 1 cup of brown sugar.  1 1/2 cups water.  

Drained and rinsed beans

added to the crock pot.

mixed up!     Now on low overnight.  Smells like B & M beans.  I would normally add bacon, but have a guest tomorrow who doesn't eat pork.     Will let you know how they turn out!
