What's been cooking

Lunches have been egg, tuna, chicken salads for DH.  Snacks were nuts, seeds, celery with peanut butter or cream cheese.  Cucumber onion salad or pickles.  Mine have been leftovers or soy/whey supplements.  No raw veggies for me (still coming off a flare)

Chili in the instant pot  This was amazing.  I only had a tablespoon but it was in my opinion the best I have ever made.  Took only 30 minutes.
