Cauliflower Soup

A very frugal filling soup.  

One oversized locally grown cauliflower        2.99
Large Onion                                                       .15
celery top                                                           .15
Two pats of butter                                              .25
carton of vegetable broth                                 1.00
Quarter cup hormel real bacon crumbles           .50
Quarter cup store brand shredded cheese          .40

The day I made it we had 6 soup bowl servings.  I had another cup the next day, I had another soup bowl today and I froze 4 more servings in individual containers.   .45 cents a serving!
